Roasted brussel sprouts

Ingredients
- 400g brussel sprouts, halved 
- 2-3T olive oil 
- pepper to taste 
Directions
- Heat fan forced oven to 180 degrees Celsius. 
- Cover the baking tray with a non-stick mat or baking paper 
- Place the brussel sprouts in the tray and drizzle with the olive oil. Add the pepper 
- Roast for 20-25 minutes or until deeply golden. 
TIPS: to add more flavour to the brussel sprouts, once cooked you may serve the sprouts with:
- Shredded Pecorino cheese 
- Red pepper flakes + grated cheese + lemon zest 
- Balsamic vinegar + grated cheese
