Dr. Stephanie Pirotta is an accredited practising dietitian, nutritionist and researcher specialising in evidence-based nutrition to improve PCOS, endometriosis and fertility. With a passion for women’s health and a dedication to quality dietetic research, Stephanie guides her patients to take better control of their health and bodies through evidence-based methods. Her PhD research in the field of dietetics resulted in the co-development of an evidence-based, multidisciplinary lifestyle program for women with PCOS, that has since helped people with PCOS to live more fully and completely despite their condition. Stephanie is based in Melbourne, Australia, and practices in-person at Maven Centre, at Sunshine Private Hospital, and is also available for online appointments.
Outside of her dietetic practice, Stephanie enjoys yoga, cooking, reading and hiking.

Stacey is an accredited practising dietitian with over a decade of experience in the nutrition space. Originally inspired by her sister’s journey into motherhood, Stacey has shaped her career around supporting women through every life stage—from fertility and pregnancy to menopause and beyond.
Her areas of expertise include hormonal conditions such as PCOS, maternal health, and the nutritional management of chronic fatigue syndromes including CFS/ME, POTS and orthostatic intolerance. Stacey is passionate about helping women feel seen, heard and supported, with a strong focus on improving quality of life through personalized, evidence-based care.
Outside of her professional life, Stacey enjoys baking, Pilates, and spending time with her family.

Amelia is a warm and friendly accredited practising dietitian and certified fertility dietitian, specialising in endometriosis, fertility and gastrointestinal conditions.
During her studies, she co-authored research that led to the development of a program designed to upskill healthcare professionals to provide evidence-based postnatal and infant nutrition advice. This project gave Amelia insight into the importance of nutrition during the first 2000 days and sparked an interest in women's health and fertility nutrition. It was her own experience with endometriosis however that really ignited her desire to help patients take back control of their health through evidence-based nutrition advice.
Outside of dietetics, you'll catch Amelia cooking, reading and spending time with her husband. She can't wait to see you in clinic!

nutrition support for women with GDM, particularly around dietary adjustment, confidence, and postpartum risk reduction, working alongside their medical team

Julie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a PhD focused on diet quality in women of reproductive age. She offers evidence-based, compassionate nutrition care for women and families across key life stages.
Julie has a strong interest in women’s health, supporting clients with preconception and fertility nutrition, pregnancy and gestational diabetes (GDM), and postpartum nutrition. She works alongside medical teams to help women feel confident making dietary changes, support blood glucose management during pregnancy, and reduce longer-term health risks following GDM.
She also supports breastfeeding and infant feeding concerns, including solids introduction, evidence-based allergen introduction, and nutrition care for infants and children with food allergy, working alongside their medical team.
Julie has a particular interest in paediatrics and family nutrition, supporting families with toddler and childhood nutrition, fussy or more problematic eating, and building positive, pressure-free relationships with food. Her approach is calm, practical, and grounded in current evidence and responsive feeding principles.
Julie’s care style is realistic and supportive, focused on improving diet quality and health outcomes while respecting the realities of busy family life. She offers telehealth consultations and welcomes women and families seeking thoughtful, individualised nutrition care.

With over 17 years experience she’s our dedicated advocate, navigating our administration and booking coordination so our team can focus on providing outstanding support to our clients.
Outside the clinic you can usually find Teagan either at the beach, ballroom dancing or spending time with her partner and their cat.
